In an effort to continue Alexohol Fashions commitment to supporting US Veterans Groups and associated charities, we are starting Red Fridays in SL.
What is Red Shirt Friday?
The mission of redshirtfridays.org is to show support for our servicemen and women as well as veterans. For more info on this organization, visit http://www.redshirtfridays.org/
So, what exactly are we starting?
Each week we will be putting out one red item for sale, typically it will be priced around L$100 and all sales from that vendor will be sent to Operation Uplink. Operation Uplink helps to connect active-duty troops and hospitalized veterans with their loved ones. More info on Operation Uplink is found on http://redshirtfridayssl.blogspot.com/.
What can you do?
Wearing red on Fridays is a good start, but that's not all.
Please note: We are not a political organization. We do not care whether or not one supports or does not support the war. We care only about making our support of our servicemen and women known to our fellow Americans and the world. We are a silent majority that does not wish to remain silent anymore. We need to let our servicemen and women know we support their sacrifice, we will not forget them and we will continue to wear red on every Friday.

We challenge each of you to join us in this endeavor. Any donation is appreciated but we're recommending something in the 50-100L range to hopefully broaden it's impact for Operation Uplink.
