WE HAVE MOVED!!!!!

YES! WE HAVE MOVED!




BUT? BUT? Didn't we JUST finish a MAJOR renovation?

YES WE HAD! Our reward for our hard work getting things ready, opening a small area and filling it with some awesome designers to fill out your Alexohol style was our landowner allowing a large gaming, camping, lucky chair and freebieville in our back freaking yard and then saying that wasn't causing us to lag so badly we couldn't see, move, type or anything. We didn't panic tho! We went out and bought MORE LAND and we're NOW OPEN at our new, LAG free area in Fairytale



We put on our dresses and heels and got to work packing up to move.....Only this time, Ema stayed away. She peeked in one night to witness Kylie and Alex with hammers working hard--I know scary right.



That's right! We've got a beautiful new 1/2 sim and that's allowed us to add even more mall space for you to complete your look! We've added 8 more stores and they're filling up fast! Please IM AlexandraM Guisse or Kylie Krell if you are interested in one of the remaining spots.





TIS' the season to shop for your friends and loved ones in SL and, having tried to buy things for friends and not knowing whats hiding in their inventory--gift cards make great ideas and we've now added gift cards in 250L, 500L, 750L , 1000L and 2000L amounts! Look for them on the bar in a variety of Martini glasses!



By the way, looking for something in the store? Ask one of the Alexohol Bartenders! Janelle, Eshana & Jayden are there to help you! If it's a hunt gift? Please be sure to check the blog first, that's where all the hints are and if you can't find it...ask one of us, we might be able to help out.

Well that's it for now! Sorry we haven't released anything new in a few weeks but Alex is already back at it and look for some hot new designs soon. (If you look close, you can see Kylie just standing around being bossy and pretty. LOL)

Hey everyone!

OMG it's Kylie with a very Happy Halloween update about what's goin' on @ Alexohol and what's gonna be goin' on here in the next few weeks!

October was Breast Cancer Awareness Month! Alexohol, well Alex, organized Pretty In Pink- Second Life Vendors Banding Together to Raise Breast Cancer Awareness. Pretty In Pink Blog To the 60 vendors that participated, and to all vendors SL wide that I saw donation kiosks or other Making Strides for sale items we give you all a huge heartfelt *MUAH* from Alex, Ema, Erica & I. I'm still waiting on the official tally of what we were able to raise at Alexohol and some of the events we sponsored or participated in over the month and will announce it in a later post! Vendors, have a story to share or wanna let us know how much was raised at your shop or event? Let us know by whispering it into our naughty box at alexohol@yahoo.com. Thank you all so much to those who bought our items or just outright donated lindens! Wait? You don't have your save the ta-ta's tank or save second base tee? It's not too late, come by the mainstore and they will still be available, look upstairs!

Some of you may have seen outside our main entrance a donation box to support VFW Operation uplink. VFW Operation Uplink™ was launched in 1996 to connect active-duty troops and hospitalized veterans with their loved ones. The program uses contributions from supporters to purchase phone time for the men and women who are serving -- or have served -- this great nation, as well as hospitalized veterans.

Operation Uplink is able to provide these phone calls at US$ just 4 cents per minute. That's only 60 cents for a 15 minute phone call for an active-duty troop to be able to call home to a loved one. In L$, that would mean just L$10 for one minute or L$155 for a 15 minute call home. So, every donation definately makes a huge difference. Alexohol Fashions supports our troops and supports the VFW Operation Uplink™ to help our active-duty troops be able to make a phone call home to a loved one.

This kiosk has been outside our doors for a little over a month now and we hear from their organizers that we've got amongst the highest donation rate and 'hit' rate of anywhere they have information or donation centers set up and we truly appreciate each and everyone of you who has donated or made inquiry to what they're doing!

November hunts? I'm going to let Ema or Erica update those later. I'm so lost what hunts have started, when they are, whats in them..... yeah. That's probably best for everyone involved.

Heatwave is... well, heating up! Tomorrow is the first day that we'll be accepting the gifts. Look for a preview board at the mainstore soon as we get previews ready, etc. Check the blog THE HEATWAVE HUNT for previews and a list of participating shops anddddd, do you know a store that should be in? Help us get the word out! The application is there as well.

New dresses coming out soon! Did you like the addiction dress? You'll love afflicted then and soon after Rehabed and a line of mini dresses that also look great with just the top as a tank top! For the pretty kitties out there, we will have some neko exclusive clothing coming soon and stay tuned for details regarding an Alexohol ONLY hunt that will take place sometime in the month of November as we will be celebrating opening our 20th location!

WOW! What a 3 weeks it's been!

Hey everyone Kylie here with your Alexohol Fashions update!

It's been almost a month since we opened the first little itty bitty shop and I don't think Alex or I thought we would grow this quickly! From the first shop at Arch Angel, to our first mainstore and then opening Alexohol for Men right beside it, it's been a blur of activity!

With some bad news, sometimes comes good and that was the case last weekend when we found out that our South Beach mainstore location was closing. Alex and I had been discussing finding space for a larger mainstore anyhow because we were rapidly running out of space to showcase the latest and greatest that Alex has been busy creating but were going to hold off for the moment. Our best wishes to Dirk and we're very sorry that South Beach had to close BUT we had a new location up in a matter of a few hours in Vanilla Sky! (ed note: Alex is rolling her eyes at the "we" I was out of town when this all happened)



Alexohol Mainstore

Isn't it awesome!?!?! There are spacious rooms where our separate lines are being showcased: Boys, you'll find Alexohol for Men to the Left on the ground floor. Ladies, our casual and bikini lines to the right! Upstairs we have our midnight mania boards and ladies bridal, military as well as sports!

We're thrilled to have this as our new home! We have plenty of room to grow, more on that later, Alex should be posting an update with all the things she's been busy working on!

But wait! That's not nearly the only place you can get your Alexohol fix! We have 4 other great locations!

First up is our cute kiosk we won to have for 90 days at Lacie Cakes! Lacie Chambers graciously put out a contest for new SL business owners to showcase their original creations and we were very excited to be selected! While you're there? Check out Lacie's store, filled with great jewelry, accessories and more! Many of my friends comment on the awesome necklace I always seem to be wearing and that's where it's from!

Next we have our location at Cheers Erotic Moods Resort. Sorry boys! Ladies only here please! Cheerful Jewell and Virta Rhode have been friends of mine since I started SL and they've created a club, shopping area, romantic spots and residential areas for women only. We're excited to also announce that we'll be sponsoring an upcoming fashion show here, featuring some exclusive items for Cheers! Details once we have them so stay tuned!

Location #4 in the Alexohol Fashions growing empire is located at the SatisFashion mall! SatisFashion is operated by the delicious diva Jodie Szapira and friends and we're also proud to be a part of their upcoming SatisFashion grid hunt with hand picked and selected offerings from some of the top designers in SL! While you're there, check out the wall with a preview of who and what will be included in the hunt!

Our last and most certainly not least newest location is one very near and dear to both Alex and I as you've read, this is what started it all! Our Men and Women in service to their country! We are very proud to announce our opening of Alexohol at the US Military Veterans Center, where we have our full line of Mens and Womens military wear: Marines, Navy, Army, Air Force and Coast Guard tees, tanks, tops and more. We are also donating 50% of each sale made there back to the US Military Veterans Center. If you, or if someone you know is in the US Armed Forces, this is a must see in Second Life, please stop in and support those who have given and sacrificed so much for our freedom that amongst other things, allows us to have a place like Second Life.
